First impression of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3
When I first received the pink Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, I can‘t help but be excited at how cute the colour is! I really love the combination of black and pink, instead of a full pink phone.
This is my first time getting a flip phone from Samsung and I must say I am very impressed. The folding down of the Flip 3 feels very sturdy and I’m not worried about the screen cracking.
Transferring data from my iPhone XR to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 was quite a pleasant one. I didn’t have a proper cable so I chose to transfer through my iCloud. You can’t transfer every single thing from your iPhone but I transferred the more important things like contacts, and notes.
After 2 weeks of using the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3
This is my first time using an android phone and I’m really enjoying it. I still don’t have a preference over android or iPhone but I do appreciate a lot of the functions in an android. Many things are highly customisable such as the theme, the icons, even the way you arrange the apps, alarm clock where you can link your Spotify with, etc.
With regards to the design of the Flip 3, I’m super happy with how I can conveniently fit the phone in all my pockets. I also don’t have to worry about the screen getting scratched as it is folded most of the time. I don’t have an OCD so I don’t have a problem with the crease in the middle of the screen too.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is definitely an upgrade from my iPhone XR in terms of the camera quality. However, the battery life is supposedly better than the iPhone XR but I’m not feeling that at all. This is probably because I switched on a lot of functions that might eat up more of the battery. But I’m still ok with it as I always have a charger or a portable charger with me anyway.
